Summary: Curtain torn, floor sticky, sink drained poorly, unrefrigerated half and half for coffee curdled the coffee. Substandard, especially for this franchise.

Summary: Would have been nice if the bar was finished. Felt like we should have received a discount for things that were advertised but not available. No chocolate cookies to be found. Bummer for my son.

Summary: Absolutely DISGUSTING behavior by front desk at check in!!! NO RESTAURANT NO BAR ON SITE AS ADVERTISED!! When I questioned this, the short tattoed clerk put her hand in my face and told me to hushhh! Total false advertising, I want s partial refund!

Summary: The hotel was undergoing transformation to Doubletree. I was not told that when booking. The restaurant and the bar were closed. The outside entrance near my room had no lock. The room was ok but the fridge needed to be defrosted and the coffee maker was pretty much usless. Went to the lobby for coffee but there was no decaf. We did get a ptompt shuttle to the airport. Not what i expected for a Radisson, but then again, its not a Radisson.

Summary: Women’s hair all over the room, bathroom, sheets and vanity counter. Syrupy material found on the inside of the ice bucket. Also, there was no restaurant or bar in the hotel as described on hotels.com Front desk clerk was unfriendly.

Summary: Everything was great except the construction going on, the room was for artist I brought in for a show and the hotel wasn't fully up to par.

Summary: Booked on line ,parking fee was not stated as extra's. Parking was a ways back of building . front under construction so wasn’t clear I was in the parking area .. room was nice clean tidy .
